Helpful details

• Primary actions use large hit targets suitable for the gym floor.
• Live Activity exposes rest controls and Log without unlocking the phone.
• We continue improving Dynamic Type on Log and Nutrition headers.

• Indie-built product for everyday athletes—not spreadsheet power users.
• Social feed includes moderation and visibility controls (public / followers / private).

Priority

High — this is FitFort’s App Store launch featuring nomination.

Unique notes

• Watch never talks to our backend; iPhone owns session + Health export.
• Offline workout cache (~7 days) for gym basements with poor signal.
• Launch listing: Health & Fitness; screenshots emphasize Watch + Live Activity + recovery.
